This is for anyone who is partnered with swipeclock. This idea would allow the payroll company to have confidence that the pay period is ready to be pulled and processed. Likewise, the client would not have to remember to send it off to payroll it would be just a second thought due to the auto-generated communication. Furthermore, you could add tid bit payroll notes if the client had any special information to give to the payroll processor.

This would be very helpful - we have clients that forget to notify us all the time and we are constantly chasing them down to see if the pay period is ready.
