WorkforceHub - Workflow Accept VS Rejected

It would be helpful in the workflows that if an Admin rejected the workflow of the employee, that they could add a comment as to why that workflow was rejected having it go back to the employee as a notification.  That would in turn reopen the employee's workflow so they could fix what was incorrect or incomplete and resubmit it.  The rejection process would always be available, meaning the reviewer could reject as many times as needed until the workflow that was submitted by the employee was correct.
