Almost every accrual we setup is filtered by Employee Type, or some other EE Setup field. If you were to add these options that are currently available on the OT Tab to the Accruals Tab, it would become much easier for our entry level staff to create Accrual Policies.
I can also see value in adding those options to all tabs, but my immediate preference would be to Accruals.
