I'm not sure if this was discussed in previous threads but I have Supervisors asking if they can get a OT notification VIA text showing list of employee(s) reaching OT limits. I know Hours Alert (Max 40) is available and can be shown on the Daily Auto Email Report but adding real-time notification option VIA text wouldn't be a bad idea to offer.
