In TimeSimplicity when a time off request is approved for a partial day it would be great, and much easier, if it separated that time from the scheduled shift. For example if the shift is 7am-7pm and they request 1pm-7pm off, it would change the shift to 7am-1pm and add the time off in. Instead of the user changing the shift before approving so it doesn't completely overwrite the day.
