When filtering entries in a day by a column (Position in this instance), an employee who works multiple positions in one day will show up showing all of those different positions.

It's not truly filtering.

Email Notification of Closed Period

It would be very helpful to have an emailed alert sent to the payroll processing company when the time has been approved and the period closed. We continually review the "Finalized prior period" column but an email would save a great deal of time.
