Logins per client only and not the whole SC data base.

Creating logins for clients is very difficult because it looks at the whole data base. ALSO, employee logins for web clock should be per client too.

Add support for web clock IP restrictions for client who use an IPV6 network (Time Works).

We have newer clients who use the new IPV6 IP format on their network and at this point in time Time Works does not support this. As a result, our client cannot restrict where their employee can clock in or out from. This is for Time Works, not Ti...
