I need the ability to audit when changes have been made to employee setup, especially key fields like payrate. I want to be able to run report and recieve notifications of changes.

I want to use one or more groups to apply processing rules, permissions, exclusions, etc.

I need the system to support multiple pay periods for different employee groups (e.g. temp vs. regular) so that I can pay and track them differently. Also need to setup recurring pay periods so I don’t have to manually reset this from time-to-time.

I don’t want to create a bunch of employee passwords that are just reset by employees, since this is a waste of time.
